However, we understand that there may be situations where you are not fully satisfied with your purchase or the service provided. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be granted and how you can request one.

If you wish to request a refund for your PixelSaga purchase, you must do so within 48 hours (2 days) of the transaction. This is in accordance with Google Play’s refund window for most digital purchases. Requests made after this period are generally not eligible for refunds, except under exceptional circumstances which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

To submit a refund request, please use the Google Play Store refund process directly. Navigate to your purchase history in the Google Play Store app or website, select PixelSaga, and follow the instructions to request a refund. This ensures that your request is properly tracked and handled through the official channels.

Refunds will be considered under the following conditions:

• Accidental purchase or duplicate payment.
• Technical issues that prevent the game from running on your device, despite meeting the minimum requirements.
• Failure to deliver promised digital content or in-app purchases.
• Other issues verified by our support team and Google Play that are beyond your control.

Refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios:

• Change of mind after extensive gameplay or use of in-app items.
• Dissatisfaction with game progress, outcomes, or in-game events.
• Violation of game rules or terms of service.
• Requests submitted after 14 days from the date of purchase or after substantial use.

In the case of in-app purchases, refunds must also be requested through the Google Play Store within 48 hours of the transaction. We do not directly process refunds for in-app purchases outside the Play Store’s mechanisms.

We appreciate your understanding that digital content delivery differs from physical goods, and once digital content has been accessed or consumed, it generally cannot be refunded.
